Siena

We have been struggling getting either quality internet or just plain tired when we finally reach our hotel at night. So  I am a bit behind so I will try to catch all of you up with where we are so here it goes
Siena
The steep roads of Siena all flow downward to the courtyard with the famous 90 second horse races which occur twice a year (reference James Bond Quantum of Solace).  Grandma and grandpa stayed on the main road shopping while Judy, Shirley, Mom, Robert and I made our way to the Cathedral of Siena for a quick tour.  After the cathedral, we had a quick peek of the scallop-shaped piazza, which also serves as the track for the horse races.  We were then off for Florence after a stop at a couple shops and one of the local caffes for a quick pick-me-up.
